Nomination to a US EPA Science Advisory Board panel

Genevieve Ali was recently invited to sit on the Environmental Protection Agency’s independent Science Advisory Board’s new Water Body Connectivity Report Advisory Panel. Genevieve is one of 27 independent experts who will peer-review the EPA’s draft report entitled “Connectivity of Streams and Wetlands to Downstream Waters: A Review and Synthesis of the Scientific Evidence”. Genevieve’s SAB-related activities will involve participation in one or two teleconferences as well as a 3-day public meeting to be held in Washington D.C. in December 2013.
