First, she will give a lightning talk of the project “Development of a Simulation Tool to Identify Priority Areas for Wetland Conservation and Restoration” that WSRP students Aminul Haque (PhD candidate) and Adrienne Schmall (undergraduate student research assistant) are involved in. Genevieve will also give a 20-min presentation on behalf on the Manitoba Conservation District Association (MCDA) and collaborators (Merrin Macrae, Karl-Erich Lindenschmidt, Doug Cattani) about the “Establishment of Pilot Sites for Innovative Surface Water and Nutrient Management Initiatives on Farms“, another project funded by the LWBSF. The LWBSF symposium event will take place on March 2nd, 2015 at the Manitoba Museum from 8:30am to 4:30 pm. We hope to see you there!
